CULTURALLY DIVERSE LEADERSHIP AND THE BAMBOO CEILING

A recent international study of gender and ethnic diversity by McKinsey & Company found companies with ethnically diverse executive teams are 33 per cent more likely to outperform their peers on profitability.

In Australia, only 1.6 per cent of CEO’s and 3.3 per cent of C-Suite Executives have an Asian Cultural Background.
